Adding items to your project

To add files or folders to your project, select the related items either in the Local folders tree or in the local file list. Drag and drop the selected items to the project item list or to the Project folders tree.

You can also copy the selected items and paste them to the project item list. If you are working with an AceBackup backup, you can also click the Backup button on the toolbar.

NOTE: If you are working with an AceBackup archive project, the items are always placed to the current folder. If you place items into an AceBackup backup project, the items might not appear in the current folder due to the different project types. For more information about the difference between these project types, refer to the Project types section.
